Customer Service

I received a call last night from a client.
One of the shelves I installed a couple months ago crashed down.

Oops! That was NOT suppose to happen.

I have installed numerous shelving systems, first time one fell.
Guess there is a first for everything?

My client thought she may have overloaded it with weight.
Regardless, I needed to fix this ASAP!

So, I checked it out today in between business meetings.

I reinstalled the shelf with new brackets
(I got to use my hammer drill dressed in heels--beat that Bob Vila!). Also, came up with a game plan for hanging the heavy clothing.

My client tried to pay me for this work. NO WAY!

Do the right thing is a perfect customer service policy.
