Now that's a pretty basic tip. People always have this urge to clean up, but there are a lot of distractions, like the ones you've mentioned; the computer, the phone, or in some cases, other work. One would really need to be focused to do this, right? Oh, and being organized is going to help you work even faster. Don't you agree?
